Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin), and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Y3.Ag1.2.3 rat myeloma cells with spleen cells from PVG rats. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
