SIAH-3 is a member of the seven in absentia homolog protein family. SIAH3 contains one SIAH-type zinc finger and is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 13. SIAH families are components that mediate ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1-4ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
