NM23-H1 (NDPK-A, NME1) is a nucleoside diphosphate kinase that is responsible for the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates and is involved in numerous regulatory processes associated with proliferation, development, and differentiation (1).Evidence points to
NM23-H1 (NDPK-A) functioning as a metastasis promoter in other human tumors including neuroblastoma (2).
Applications:
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Western Blot: 1:1000-1:5000
Immunohistochemistry: 1:100 - 250
Immunocytochemistry: 1:100
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degrees C.
