MAPK-Ras Signaling Antibody Kit Kit contains three related antibodies as part of a signaling cascade or a combination of total and phosphorylated forms of key signaling targets. Kit Components: M2352-02B1: (M2865-10B), MEK1/MEK2, phosphorylated (Ser218/222, Ser222/226) (Map Kinase Kinase, Erk Kinase) Mab Rabbit x Hu (Western Blot only). M2352-02B2: (R0495-03), Raf, (Ser338) phosphorylated (Raf1, c-Raf) Mab Mo x Hu (Western Blot only). M2352-02B3:-Ras (K-,H-,N-) Mab Mo x Hu (Western Blot and IHC-paraffin) Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot (M2352-02B1, M2352-02B2, M2352-02B3) and Immunohistochemistry (M2352-02B3). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: M2352-02B1: 1:2000-1:10,000 M2352-02B2: 0.5-2ug/ml M2352-02B3: 1:1000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): M2352-02B3: 1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Species crossreactivity: mouse. Species Sequence Homology: rat and chicken. M2352-02B3 recognizes: human, mouse and rat K-Ras, H-Ras, and N-Ras at ~21kD. Species crossreactivity: mouse and rat.
