Phospho-p44/42 MAPK (Thr202/Tyr204) Sandwich ELISA Kit is a solid phase sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) that detects endogenous levels of Phospho-p44/42 MAPK (Thr202/Tyr204) protein. A polyclonal p44/42 MAPK Antibody has been coated onto the microwells. After incubation with cell lysates, Both nonphospho- and phospho-p44/42 MAPK proteins are captured by the coated antibody. Following extensive washing, a phospho- p44/42 (Thr202/Tyr204) MAPK monoclonal antibody is added to detect the captured phospho-p44/42 protein. HRP-linked anti-mouse antibody is then used to recognize the bound detection antibody. HRP substrate, TMB, is added to develop color. The magnitude of optical density for this developed color is proportional to the quantity of phospho-p44/42 MAPK protein. Kit Components: M2352-75A MAP Kinase Kit, MAP Kinase p44/42, phosphorylated (Thr202/Tyr204) Detection Antibody (Mab) 1x11ml M2352-75B MAP Kinase Kit, IgG (HRP) 1x11ml M2352-75C MAP Kinase Kit, TMB Substrate 1x11ml M2352-75D MAP Kinase Kit, Stop Solution 1x11ml M2352-75E MAP Kinase Kit, Wash Buffer (20X) 1x25ml M2352-75F MAP Kinase Kit, Sample Dilution Buffer 1x25ml *M2352-75G MAP Kinase Kit, Cell Lysis Buffer (10X) 1x15ml M2352-75H MAP Kinase Kit, Microtiter Plate 1x96wells Storage and Stability: Store components at 4 degrees C except M2352-75G.
