IL-23 R is an IL-23-specific binding protein that associates with IL-12 R beta 1 to form a functional heterodimeric receptor complex. This complex mediates biological activities that are similar to, but distinct from those induced by IL-12. IL-23 R is expressed by Th1 and NK cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Flow Cytometry: Neat. 10ul labels 1x10e5 cells or 50ul packed whole blood. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at 4 degrees C. Freezing PerCP conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PerCP conjugates are sensitive to light.
