Source: Tissue culture supernatant
Applications: Used as an isotype matched negative control reagent to assess the level of non-specific binding of mouse IgG2b monoclonal antibodies to human cells. Also suitable for use as a negative control with bovine, ovine, porcine, canine and guinea-pig tissues. Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and add glycerol (40-50%). Freeze at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
