FZD1 is a widely expressed Frizzled Receptor that mediates Wnt signaling. FZD1 expression has been reported in heart, kidney, lung, ovary, pancreas, placenta, and prostate. ESTs have been isolated from brain, embryo, eye, heart, heart/melanocyte/uterus, kidney, liver/spleen, lung, prostate, skin, and uterus libraries. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 19ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Human Prostate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
