Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) is a gonadotrophic hormone found in the pituitary glands. FSH acts to regulate the activity of granulosa and Sertoli cells, promotes the development of germinal center cells in the testis and induces maturation of Graafian follicles. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Recommended Pair: Capture: F5900-06 Detection: F5900-26A Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
