hFis1 is a novel molecule that was discovered as part of the mammalian fission machinery. Fis 1 has been suggested to play a role in regulation of the fission processes that might be involved in apoptotic mechanisms. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:20-1:100 Immunoprecipitation: 1:50-1:200 Western Blot: 1:100-1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
