Developmental pluripotency associated 4 (DPPA4) is a nuclear SAP-domain protein whose expression is restricted to pluripotent cells, undifferentiated embryonal carcinomas and germ cell tumors. DPPA4 is also considered as an embryonic stem cell marker. Human DPPA4 shares 51% aa sequence homology with mouse DPPA4. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
