Suitable for accurate visual determination in both large and small cloning applications. The marker yields the following 16 discrete fragments: 5000, 4000, 3000, 2500, 2000, 1500, 1000*, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500*, 400, 300, 200, 100. For best results load 7-10ul of marker per well.
