Additional Information

Human CD35 binds complement components C3b , C4b, and iC3b and is expressed on erythrocytes, B cells, monocytes, granulocytes and folicular dendritic cells and on subsets of thymocytes. CD35 on erythrocytes mediates clearance of immunue complexes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot.. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
