CD147 antigen contains two Ig-like domains and an unusual transmembrane domain containing a charged glutamic acid residue and is structurally homologous to chicken bood brain barrier antigen HT7(2). Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells from the NS0/1 mouse myeloma cell line. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C before opening.DO NOT FREEZE! Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4C. Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
