Hybrid generated by fusion of 6-thioguanine-resistant mutant of mouse neuroblastoma N4TG3 and 8-bromodeoxyuridine-resistant mutant of mouse L cell fibroblast line B82 using inactivated Sendai virus. The fusion of N4TG3 x B82 generated two types of hybrid cells: neuronal resembling the neuroblastoma and epithelioid with clearly visible nucleus. 328/14 is of the neuronal type.
