SWC1a is a cell surface molecule which is expressed by most leukocytes including resting T-cells, monocytes and granulocytes. SWC1a is not expressed by B lymphocytes. SWC1a and SWC9 have been used as markers of monocyte-macrophage differentiation.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: Neat, 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
