Nuclear SRC3 (steroid receptor coactivator 3), also known as nuclear receptor coactivator 3 (NCOA3), TRAM1 or RAC3. The epitope maps to a region between amino acids 900 and 950 using the numbering given by NP_858045.1. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunoprecipitation: 1-4ug/ml Western Blot: 1:1,000-1:10,000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Control Peptide: S6505-08A1, SRC3, Control Peptide, Human Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
