SKIV2L2 is also known as hMtr4 and KIAA0052 and is part of the nuclear exosome involved in ribosomal RNA processing.
Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Not recommended for use in Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:10-1:2000
Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10,000; Note: When blotting for mouse SKIV2L2, lower dilutions of antibody and/or longer exposure times may be required.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
