SnoN, an 80kD protein, is a member of ski family of nuclear proto-oncogenes involved in regulation of cellular transformation and differentiation. Primarily expressed in two isoforms, SnoN is localized in cytoplasm in normal tissues and non-tumorigenic primary epithelial cells.
