Designed to determine the percentage of cells expressing cell surface CD87 and the density of this protein on cell surfaces by flow cytometry. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat. Use 10ul per 1x10e5 cells or 50ul packed whole blood Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for at least 12 months at 4 degrees C. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
