Tumor Necrosis Factor receptor type I (TNF-RI) is also referred as p60. The p60 form of the receptor is primarily expressed on epithelial cells. Recombinant Human soluble TNF receptor Type I (sTNF-RI) is a 18.3kD protein containing 162aa residues comprising the extra cellular domain of TNF Receptor Type I. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Neutralization. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
