For the detection of Rac activation. Quantity: 30 assays Kit Components: R0435A: PAK-1 PBD (Rac/cdc42 Assay Reagent), agarose, 1x300ug R0435B: Rac Mab 1x250ug R0435C: Mg2+ Lysis/Wash Buffer (5X MLB), 2x18ml R0435D: 10mM GTPgS (100X), 1x50ul R0435E: 100mM GDP (100X), 1x50ul Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
