Adipocyte differentiation-related protein (ADFP) also called Adipophilin is associated with the globule surface membrane material. ADFP (Adipophilin) occurs in a wide range of cultured cell lines, including fibroblasts, endothelial and epithelial cells. ADFP may be a possible indicator for the identification of specialized differentiated cells containing lipid droplets and for diseases that link to fat-accumulating cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months.
