Cell-permeable. An antipsychotic drug and D2 dopamine receptor antagonist; binds with high affinity to the cloned 5-HT7 receptor. A Stat5 inhibitor; decreases Stat5 tyrosine phosphorylation, but does not affect Bcr-Abl or other tyrosine kinases. Molecular Weight: ~461.55 Solubility: DMSO (100mM) Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with DMSO. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
