Intended Use: The kit is used to detect PP2A activity by either dephosphorylation of the phosphopeptide (R-K- pT-I-R-R) or hydrolysis of pNPP. Kit Components: N2600-35A: Malachite Green (Solution A), 1x20ml N2600-35B: Malachite Green Additive (Solution B), 1x500ul N2600-35C: Phosphate Standard, 1mM (Solution C), 1x1ml N2600-35D: p-Nitrophenyl Phosphate (pNPP), 2x5mg tablets N2600-35E: Phosphopeptide (KRpTIRR), 1x1mg N2600-35F: NiCl2, 40mM, 1x1ml N2600-35G: pNPP Ser/Thr Assay Buffer (50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.0, 100uM CaCl2), 1x20ml N2600-35H: Microtiter Plate, 1x96 wells Storage and Stability: Store at 4 degrees C. Stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
