CCL13, also known as Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-4 (MCP-4), is a CC chemokine that acts as a chemoattractant for monocytes, eosinophils, and T cells, and acts as an activator of basophils. It signals through the CCR2 and CCR3 receptors. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing APC conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
