Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.05ug/ml. Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml (ECL) Recommended blocking buffer: Casein/Tween-20. Immunocytochemistry: 1-10ug/ml Immunoprecipitation: 1ug/10e6 cells (Pervanadate treated) A431 orHepG2 cells) Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive control Included: H2030-03H1 HepG2 Cell Lysate, Pervanadate Treated. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
