Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 0.05ug/ml Western Blot: 0.5ug/ml Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application. POSITIVE CONTROL: Cell lysate from untreated HepG2 cells. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1ml dH2O for 15 min at RT. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute to 1ml by adding sterile buffer. Aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
