Recombinant Murine MIP-3-alpha a CC chemokine that is expressed in the liver, lymph nodes, lung and other tissues and signals through the CCR6 receptor. Murine MIP-3 alpha shows chemotactic activity towards lymphocytes and dendritic cells. Recombinant Murine MIP-3 alpha has a molecular weight of 7.9kD, comprised of 70 amino acids. Biological Activity: Determined by its ability to chemoattract murine CCR6 transfected HEK/293 cells using a concentration range of 0.1-10.0ng/ml AA Sequence: ASNYDCCLSY IQTPLPSRAI VGFTRQMADE ACDINAIIFH TKKRKSVCAD PKQNWVKRAV NLLSLRVKKM Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C.
