Interleukin 9 Receptor (IL-9R) belongs to the hematopoietin receptor superfamily and is the binding subunit of the heterodimeric IL-9 receptor complex. The other subunit is the common gamma chain shared with the receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, and IL-15. IL-9 R is expressed by T cells, neutrophils, mast cells, and macrophages.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for 12 months at 4 degrees C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
