IFN gamma is a regulatory cytokine, which is produced by activated natural killer cells and a population of T-lymphocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: Neat, Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher Recommended Negative Controls: Mouse IgG1 Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
