Time: ~20 hours Range: 3.91-125.00U/ml Sensitivity: 3units/ml Species Crossreactivity: Bovine, goat, monkey, mouse, rabbit, sheep and canine Kit Components: H6098-71A1: Microtiter Plate, 1x96 wells H6098-71A3: Standard, 2x1 vial. Lyophilized H6098-71A4: Dilution Buffer, 1x20ml H6098-71A5: Wash Buffer (10X), 1x100ml H6098-71A6: Substrate Solution (TMB), 1x13ml H6098-71A7: Stop Solution, H2SO4, 1x13ml H6098-71A8: Mab (HRP) 100x, 1x130ul H6098-71A9: HRP Diluent, 1x13ml Storage and Stability: Store all components at 4 degrees C. Stable for 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
