FPR1, FPRL1, and FPRL2 constitute a group of 7-transmembrane segment chemotactic receptors that are expressed on phagocytes. FPR1 binding of bacterial N-formyl-methionyl peptides draws neutrophils to sites of infection and promotes degranulation.
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.
