Contains 19 discrete fragments ranging from 100bp to 10,000bp with double intensity reference bands at 500bp, 1000bp and 5000bp. Suitable for size determination of digested DNA. The marker yields the following 19 discrete fragments: 10,000, 8000, 6000, 5000*, 4000, 3000, 2500, 2000, 1500, 1000*, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500*, 400, 300, 200, 100. For best results load 7-10ul of marker per well.
