Contains 14 discrete fragments ranging from 100bp to 2000bp in 100bp increments with a double intensity reference band at 500bp and 1000bp. An additional 2686bp (pUC19) reference band for easy clone identification. The marker yields the following 14 discrete fragments: 2686, 2000, 1500, 1200, 1000*, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500*, 400, 300, 200, 100. *Double intensity reference band. For best results load 7-10ul of marker per well. Concentration: 0.1ug/ul Quality Control: Contains no detectable exonuclease, endonuclease or ribonuclease.
