Neogen’s line of cytokine kits includes applications for Human, Mouse, and Rat. Each kit has the capacity for 96 determinations or testing of 40 samples in duplicate (assuming 16 wells for standards and negative controls).
Kit components include: capture Ab-coated microplate, standard, detection antibody, HRP enzyme, assay diluent, wash solution, stop buffer, and TMB substrate.
The assays are quick and sensitive and have a 12 month shelf life.
