Additional Information

CD45RA is a 200kD exon A-dependent isoform of CD45. It is expressed on 40-50% of CD4+ peripheral T cells, 50% of peripheral CD8+ T cells, and a portion of B lymphocytes and monocytes.1-3 Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul/10e6 cells Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections and paraffin sections Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Stable for at least 12 months at 4 degrees C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
