CD45R cell surface antigen, a 220kD glycoprotein, which is expressed by all B lymphocytes and a subset of T lymphocytes.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: Use 10ul of suggested dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma:
Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS-1 myeloma cell line.
Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
