Application(s): Flow Cytometry: Suitable as primary antibody in staining for FACS analysis. Recommended concentration is 7ug/ml as determined on HACAT cells. The product can be used in a two-step procedure using the biotin-(strept-)avidin system. Recommended dilution is 1:20 as determined on HACAT cells. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections: Can be used to stain both indirectly or directly acetone-fixed cryostat sections or cell smears. Recommended is the alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline-phosphatase (APAAP), the peroxidase anti-peroxidase (PAP) procedures or the three stage immunoperoxidase technique on acetone-fixed cryostat sections. It may be used at concentration of 10ug/ml for cryostat sections. Paraffin sections: Suitable for paraffin-embedded tissue after microwave treatment. It may be used at a concentration of 10ug/ml. Western Blot (see separate protocol) Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
