Cell adhesion molecules (CAMs) are a family of closely related cell surface glycoproteins involved in cell-cell interactions during growth and are thought to play an important role in embryogenesis and development. BLCAM a and BLCAM b are produced by alternative splicing of the CD22 gene and form a heterodimer that mediates B cell-B cell interactions.
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Western Blot: 0.5-4ug/ml
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
