Human CD105 (endoglin) is a homodimeric membrane glycoprotein virtually restricted to endothelial cells, and present on some leukemia cells and minor subsets of bone marrow cells. CD105 binds to TGF-b1 and b3 with high affinity. Functional Application: Antibody will augment binding of TGF-b1 to CD105 expressing leukemia cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only pror to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
