CD100 cell surface antigen is a 150kD homodimeric glycoprotein expressed at low levels by peripheral blood T cells, and at higher density on activated T cells and B cells.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: neat-1:10. Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Hybridoma:
Spleen cells from immunized BALB/c mice were fused with cells of the mouse NS1 myeloma cell line.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C. For long-term storage, reconstitute, aliquot, and store at 4 degrees C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Protect from light.
