Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1-5ug/ml for cryostat sections. Alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline phosphatase (APAAP), peroxidase anti peroxidase (PAP) or the three stage Immunoperoxidase (on acetone fixed sections) procedures are recommended. Flow Cytometry: 1:20 Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
