Bcl-10 is a 26kD (233aa) protein expressed in many human and murine tissues. It contains an N-terminal caspase recruiting domain and is involved in the activation of caspase9 to induce apoptosis.
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot . Other applications not tested.
Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry (formalin, paraffin): 2-4ug/ml
Antigen retrieval may improve the staining. Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20 degrees C. Stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20 degrees C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
