ADAM10 is a transmembrane multiple domain protein with ubiquitous expression. The metalloprotease activity of ADAM10 can cleave several molecules including Notch, pro-TNF- alpha, amyloid precursor protein, myelin basic protein, and type IV collagen.
Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:
Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 5x10e5 cells
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4 degrees C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20 degrees C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Carboxyfluorescein conjugates are sensitive to light.
