Additional Information

ADAM10 is a transmembrane multiple domain protein with ubiquitous expression. The metalloprotease activity of ADAM10 can cleave several molecules including Notch, pro-TNF-alpha, amyloid precursor protein, myelin basic protein, and type IV collagen. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 10ul (neat) per 1 x 10e6 cells Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 degrees C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4 degrees C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing APC conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. APC conjugates are sensitive to light.
